With a bit of polish this game it's going to become even better! Nice Job!
Visually, it is really pleasing and its really fun.
Would definitely be more into it if the controls were more polished. I had too many slashes going through him with no effect and it started becoming frustrating after a while.
It looks great. The art on display is charming and stylish but it's still a recognizable version of what's in the movie. I also got a good chuckle out of the names. It's really tricky to play, though. That isn't necessarily a bad thing but I personally found controlling it to be a road block.
All in all I think you two did a really good job! You should be proud of this one.
you can change the name of the game simply to "Chosen One Birth Name Diversifier" :D. good game, I always overestimated him. congrats ;)
Control system needs work - or maybe I'm just a button masher. I like the graphical style (particularly the wavy lava) a lot though.
Thanks for the feedback. I aimed to give the player some satisfying sword swinging freedom withe swiping controls but maybe I should have polished it up a little more. Thanks for the comment about the lava as well, I'm quite proud of that myself :P
